Terms and Conditions: By ordering from Race Marque Systems Inc (via email, phone, fax, on-line or with a letter)
You are agreeing to the following terms: All returns must be within 14 days of the date of invoice. All returned products must be in their original resalable condition, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. Refused packages are subject to return shipping charges as assessed by the shipping courier.
All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. If you wish to return a product for any reason you must call us at (818)778-6106 prior to sending your package back and we will provide you with a return authorization form. Once the return authorization form has been faxed back, you will be supplied with an RMA#. This RMA# should be clearly visible on the outside of the box. This enables our shipping department to identify your package so we can expedite any credit you may have coming. Any package shipped to us without this RMA# will not be accepted. There are no returns on used parts, opened electronic items, closeouts, or special order items. Special order items include, but are not limited to: Custom machined or custom made parts, wheels, or body kits (in whole or partial). All returns must be received here within 30 days of the date of your original invoice. Domestic orders cancelled within 1 week after purchases are subject to a 5% cancellation fee on refunds. You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. If an order has shipped and you do not want to keep the products, our return policies will apply if you return them or refuse shipment. You also cannot cancel an order that is noted as a "Special Order".
Exceptions: (cancellation fee will be waived if any of these apply) 1) The products ordered are to be shipped ground, they have not shipped yet, and over one week has passed since you place your order unless the initially agreed upon factory order shipment eta has not passed. 2) The products ordered are to be shipped expedited, they have not shipped yet, and over one day has passed since you place your order. 3) You were advised from Race Marque Systems that we will be unable to ship the products within the timeframe specified in options 1 or 2 even though the timeframe has not passed yet. 4) You were notified from Race Marque Systems that the price on the product changed after you place your order and you wish to cancel the order rather than pay the price increase. 5) You wish to substitute the parts on the order for parts of equal or greater value. 6) You wish us to keep a credit on file for you that you can apply to an order in the future.
International Orders: Any order that is cancelled which was destined to ship outside the USA or originated outside of the USA is subject to a 20% cancellation fee and any shipment costs associated with product movement for your order. The restock fee can be waived if the cancellation credit is used to purchase other parts from Race Marque Systems for an equal or greater value, however, any shipping costs associated with the movement of parts to Race Marque Systems for the original order will removed from any credits applied. Special orders, wheels or body parts cannot be cancelled. All claims for shortages or defective products must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods. If your order doesn't arrive after you receive a tracking email that shows your order as being delivered you must notify us within 7 business days or no credit will be issued for your missing order. Any authorized refund will be issued by the same method that payment was made. The product must also be inspected and return authorized prior to any refund being issued. We will normally ship UPS or Fed-Ex unless otherwise advised. These methods are both insurable and trackable for your protection. IF YOU ASK US SPECIFICALLY TO NOT INSURE THE BOX, DECLARE IT FOR A LOWER VALUE, OR YOU ASK US TO USE A CARRIER THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOES NOT ARRIVE AT ALL THEN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OF ANY KIND, PERIOD! THE ONLY CASE YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND IS IF BY CHANCE WE HAPPENED TO GET THE PACKAGE BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL RESALEABLE CONDITION.
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. If you wish to return a product for a manufacturer’s warranty you must first contact us at (818)778-6106 and get an RMA#. You must then ship it back to us at Race Marque Systems,14418 Oxnard Street Van Nuys, CA 91401. This shipping will not be paid by Race Marque Systems. Once we receive the product, we will ship it to the manufacturer. The credit from your returned product can take from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves the defect and warranties the product, you will have the option to either have the credit applied to your card or receive a new undamaged product of equal value. If you cannot wait for this credit and need a replacement part immediately, you may at any time purchase an identical product from us.
We will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected or a credit from the manufacturer has been received. Once the credit has been received from the manufacturer, it will be applied to your credit card minus shipping charges paid by Race Marque Systems. If you choose to receive an equal value product in exchange once the credit has been received, any shipping charges paid by Race Marque Systems will be due at that time. By accepting a package sent to you from Race Marque Systems or any of its affiliated warehouses, you agree to be responsible for any and all duties, customs, taxes, tariffs and any other fees imposed by your country. Race Marque Systems maintains no liability for these fees as they are your responsibility. In the event that you fail to pay all of these charges, and the receiving Country is unable to collect these fees from you, Race Marque Systems will immediately charge you for these fees plus a 10% service charge if the order was paid via credit card or demand payment from you for these fees and pursue legal action to recover these fees. An invoice reflecting these fees will also be emailed to you upon charging your card, assuming you have provided us your correct email address. Race Marque Systems will in-turn pay the Country in question the fees imposed. We will provide paperwork, upon your request, showing you the bill we received on your behalf from the shipping company. Credit will be issued within one week of receiving a returned part back at Race Marque Systems. There are no returns or credits on items used or installed by the customer or items that are physically damaged. If you receive an item that is physically damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the receipt. Do not send a physically damaged item back to Race Marque Systems unless we instruct you to do so! Simply contact us so that we may assist you in handling a damage claim with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX credit cards. Additionally, we accept Wire Transfers, and this can save you some money if you are a customer outside the US and don't wish to pay the international credit card fees. For orders inside the US, we also accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks wire transfer and Western Union payments. All checks, western union payments and money orders may be subject to a 7 business day waiting period for the check to clear or funds to verify. We do not ship COD or accept personal checks.
There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks, per incident. All lawsuit expenses towards collecting bad debts are the buyer's responsibility. There is an additional $25.00 fee that our bank imposes on us for every returned check. So each returned check to Race Marque Systems will cost you $50.00 extra and we will absolutely pursue its collection to the fullest extent of the law.
Most of the items sold through Race Marque Systems are for racing and off-road use only and should never be used on public streets or highways. Please check your local, state, & federal laws regarding such use. Race Marque Systems is not responsible for any damage any product we sell may cause to you, anyone with relation to you, your vehicle, other vehicles or persons, or anything else.
Once we ship any package, you will receive an email within 1 working day. This email will contain the products on your order along with tracking numbers for them. You can also find out the status of your order by clicking on the link at the bottom of your invoice or choosing the login button on the main page of our web-site. If packages come from multiple locations, each tracking number will clearly display this. If we are out of stock on any order that is placed with expedited delivery, we will notify you within 1 working day and advise you of an estimated shipping date. If you have entered or provided an invalid phone number or invalid email address or do not answer your phone and do not have a recording device on your phone so we can leave a message then we have no way of contacting you regarding this delay. In this case we will ship the product to you as soon as possible with the same shipping method you chose but we are not responsible for the delay and will not upgrade your shipping later for free if/when you contact us. If your order is placed with Ground delivery and we cannot ship it within a week of the date you ordered, we will email you an estimated delivery date. This estimated date we provide is based on information we receive from our manufacturers and is in no way a guarantee. It is only an estimate. If this occurs, please plan accordingly. On all orders except "Special Orders" if at any time you do not want to wait for the delivery of your package, we will gladly cancel your order and refund all charges. We will ship your order to you via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS depending on a number of variables, including but not limited to: Where you live in the world, what dimensions your packages are, and where your shipment originates from. By default, all packages shipping internationally are sent via international economy. If you prefer a priority shipping method, please let us know. USPS shipping is only available for military addresses where USPS shipping is required (APO, FPO, etc.). If you request a specific shipper for your packages other than the one we prefer to use, we may contact you in the event additional shipping charges may be necessary.
For your security, All orders are shipped signature required. That means you will either need to be at the location to pick up your package or you will need to pick up your package directly from the shipper location in your town. We provide you with a tracking number upon shipment so you will know when your package will be arriving.
If for some reason you need your package shipped without signature required, you can call us and request this. We will email you a form which you will need to sign and fax back to us. This form expresses your demand to have your package shipped without the signature being required and waives your right to collect any and all refunds if for any reason you do not receive your package and we can prove that we shipped it to the address you specified.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Race Marque Systems Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Race Marque Systems Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Race Marque Systems Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Race Marque Systems, at its sole discretion, may choose to either repair or replace any product returned within the warranty. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, Race Marque Systems will, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, company credit, or replace the item with an item of equal or greater present market value. Race Marque Systems will be held harmless for any damages any products shipped from its locations may cause. Race Marque Systems will not be responsible in which any part that it provided causes any damage whatsoever to any part, automobile, person, or other entity. All account information submitted to us will be safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access. Do I have to pay sales tax? If you live inside CA you have to pay 9.75%. How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept money orders and certified bank checks, however do not accept personal checks. Orders paid by certified bank check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified & cleared our bank which can take up to 2 weeks. How much will my shipping charges be? During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed. If you are ordering a body kit, shipping internationally, shipping to APO/FPO, or if the UPS server is down, you will be given a cost of $0.00 for shipping.
